Find out what kind of founder you are

A short conversation shows you what is actually in you — your strengths, your potential and your first step. Then you take the first ten steps into the real world.

No test. No right or wrong. Just you.

The reveal names the archetype — here "Maker" — with its three traits: starts, learns by doing, finishes.

You do not need an idea. You need something that annoys you.

Almost every company that exists started because something annoyed someone. Journex starts exactly there — with you, your everyday life, the five things that genuinely got on your nerves in the last two weeks. One of them becomes your first project.

Four steps, and you are in.

  • Talk

A conversation, not a questionnaire. You answer in your own words.

  • See yourself

Your archetype, your red thread, your blind spot, your shadow.

  • Do

Ten steps into the real world. Each one with proof.

    Your first project
  • Together

Once a month, a real mission — as a team.

    Missions

Four types. You are one of them.

Your answers turn into a profile: your archetype, your strengths across twelve axes, your potential and a starting rank. No four-letter label, no box — three chapters about you instead: the red thread, the blind spot, and the shadow most likely to slow you down. With an antidote.

Ten steps. At the end, something exists that did not before.

About four weeks, no money, no experience needed. Every step has a task, a guide and a proof. You submit what you did — and the next step opens.

  1. Find the problem

Write down five things that genuinely annoyed you lately — pick one.

  2. Ask five people

Talk to five people who actually have the problem. Do not pitch — ask.

  3. The one sentence

"I help [who] to [what]." Write five versions, delete four.

  4. Show it to a stranger

Explain it in under a minute to someone you do not know.

  5. Build the smallest version

Build something people can look at. Done today, not pretty.

  6. First reach

Go where it feels uncomfortable — not just your own friends.

  7. Ask for a yes

Ask for a real commitment and count: how many yes, how many no.

  8. The first euro

Proof of real money: screenshot, photo, message, booking confirmation.

  9. What did not work

Write down honestly what went wrong — at least one paragraph.

  10. Your 30-day report

One image and three sentences: what exists, what you learned, what comes next.

Once a month, it gets real.

A real task, for everyone at the same time, secret until it drops. You play in a squad — up to four people who complement each other. At the end you submit your proof and the community rates it. No jury. Votes from other clubs count double, so the best work wins, not the biggest group.

The community judges the proof, not the polish.

Your data is yours.

  • Pseudonymous

In every social space your handle counts, not your name. You are only visible if you switch it on.

  • Stored in the EU

Your data sits on servers in the EU. Export it any time, or delete your account for good. For the analysis, conversation and proof content goes to Anthropic.

  • No open chat

No messages from strangers. Only your squad and your friends. Report and block anywhere.

Everything about safety and data

What people want to know first.

What exactly do I get?
A conversation that turns into your profile: your archetype, your strengths across twelve axes, your potential and a starting rank. After that a journey with ten steps, your Insight Vault, and once a month a mission in a squad.
Is this a personality test?
No. No scales, no multiple choice, no four-letter label. You answer in full sentences, and a profile comes out of that. The analysis is done by an AI model (Claude by Anthropic).
Do I need an idea?
No. You need something that annoys you. Step 1 is exactly that: write down five things that got on your nerves lately and pick one. If nothing comes to mind, the app suggests three projects that fit your profile.
How long does it take?
The conversation at the start is short. The ten steps spread over about four weeks; a single step takes between 30 minutes and two hours. You set the pace — the next step opens as soon as your proof is in.
What if I embarrass myself?
Your rank is private and never shows up in any social space. In the league you are only visible if you switch it on; the default is invisible. There are no public profiles and no messages from strangers. In a mission your proof is rated anonymously, without names. And step 9 is called "What did not work" — that is part of it.
