Journex is an app that shows you in one conversation what kind of founder you are — and then takes you through the first ten steps into the real world.
Journex in three sentences
The whole flow, in the order it happens in the app.
Journex starts with a conversation: you answer in your own words, with no questionnaire and no scales, and out of it comes your Founder DNA — archetype, strengths across twelve axes, potential and a starting rank.
After that you take ten steps on a small project of your own, over about four weeks; every step ends with a proof that an AI coach reads before the next one opens.
Once a month there is Mission Possible: one task for everyone at the same time, worked on in a squad of up to four people, rated by the community instead of a jury.

Bronze · Silver · Gold · Platinum · Diamond · Elite · Visionary. The names stay English in both languages. The rank is private and never appears in any social space.

The profile describes strengths across twelve axes — no score against norms, no four-letter label.
10steps in the journey
About four weeks. A step takes between 30 and 120 minutes and ends with a proof that an AI coach reads.
1×mission per month
Mission Possible runs monthly in three phases: countdown, live, afterglow. The task stays secret until the start and is then the same for everyone.

Notes for reporting
About the data
Account, profile and progress data sit with Supabase on servers in the EU (region eu-central-1). For the analysis, conversation and proof content is transmitted to Anthropic, the provider of the AI model in use. So the sentence "all data stays in the EU" would be wrong — please do not shorten it that way.
Spelling and terminology
- Journex — capital J, lower case after that, the same in both languages.
- These terms stay untranslated in German as well: Founder DNA, Journey, Mission, Mission Possible, Squad, Insight, XP, rank, Basecamp.
- The four archetypes are Visionary, Maker, Connector, Architect in English and Visionär, Macher, Verbinder, Architekt in German.
- The seven ranks are written in English in both languages and are not translated.
- The analysis is done by an AI model (Claude by Anthropic). We do not name model versions.
